it just so happens that i was reading The Prophet, by Kahlil Gibran, to my daughter a few days ago (think what you will about that – she was enjoying it! (and one can only ready The Tooth Book so many times)), and it made me think of how it felt to be expecting her…
yesterday, i had the pleasure of photographing this little man and his family. at four days old, he was content and peaceful throughout most of my time with him. isn’t he just adorable?
